Program Overview:
The Conducting Needs Assessment Training Workshop will teach participants the proven “Inside Out” strategies for conducting the initial client assessment.

This highly interactive workshop provides opportunities to learn through lecture, practical demonstrations, and group exercises. By the end of the one-day session, participants will be able to:

• Develop consultative skill-set to perform a high value Needs Assessment
• Accurately evaluate any client project
• Expertly diagnose client obstacles
• Knowledgeably prepare and present the client Action Plan
• Confidently determine the success probability of achieving client’s goals

Following the completion of the one-day workshop, participants will conduct an assessment with their own field client, submit their report and attend a phone coaching call for follow-up, feedback and questions.
