The Physical Organizing: Getting the Job Done Training
Workshop will teach participants to apply proven “Inside Out” strategies
to complete the “attack phase” of the project through lecture,
practical demonstrations and group exercises.
This workshop will
lay a strong foundation for each participant with the organizing
basics. By the end of this two day workshop, trainees
will:
•Methodically organize ANY project using Julie’s specific
“SPACE” formula
• Learn to stay on track and understand client diversions & “zigzagging”
• Keep
clients and projects on track through completion
• Address
any client concern
• Serve home, home office and corporate
clients
