Needs assessments demand a completely different skill set than hands-on organizing, and require development of a specific techniques to analyze and strategize. This supplemental course to our Professional Organizer course, is conducted as a webinar, and teaches exercises in critical thinking, breaking down a new organizing project, and mapping out a winning plan of action based on the client’s unique needs.  

You will learn to to:

  • Diagnose the true cause of disorganization so you prescribe the right solution
