Under the umbrella of Julie Morgenstern Enterprises, my team of consultants and I help working people fix their biggest productivity problems by transforming how they function. We organize time, space, projects and people—enabling each client to more effectively make their unique contribution to the world.


What We Do

The Julie Morgenstern Enterprises team helps individuals, groups, organizations and teams tame chaos so they can make their unique contribution. Workshops, speaking engagements, and Time Management Coaching Clinics empower individuals to fulfill personal and organizational missions. Individual coaching clinics and private coaching sessions provide laser-focused diagnoses and strategies for individuals.

Julie Morgenstern
Founder & CEO

Julie Morgenstern is an organizing & productivity consultant, New York Times best-selling author, and speaker. For over 25 years, Julie has been teaching people all around the world and at all stages of life how to overcome disorganization to achieve their goals. She is the inventor of the Inside Out approach to organization and the brain behind our services. See Julie's full bio or read her story.



Jessi Colon
client services director

Jessi Colon graduated from SUNY Empire State College with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies. As Julie's daughter, she grew up immersed in the world of organizing, productivity and entrepreneurism. Over three decades of Julie Morgenstern Enterprises, she has worn many hats, including organizer, time management coach, trainer for professional organizers, client services director and business partner. Additionally, Jessi and Julie co-authored Organizing From the Inside Out for Teens. Jessi is glad to be a part of such a powerful team which helps people and businesses raise their quality of life.


Tatiana McPartland
Creative Services Manager

Tatiana McPartland graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in Media Studies, and a minor is Luso-Brazilian Language and Literature. After living in Brazil, Portugal, Spain, and California, her love for experiencing new environments brought her to NYC, where she quickly connected with the Julie Morgenstern Enterprises' team. Prior to working with JME, Tatiana was as an Impact Producer for award-winning documentary filmmakers. Mission-motivated, she is glad to be part of a team that helps people and businesses all over the world reach their full potential.


Kelly McLaughlin
Manager, Marketing & Social Media

Kelly McLaughlin graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in Policy & Management and a Minor in Design. A marketing consultant and award-winning producer, Kelly has over a decade of experience managing teams in creative environments at companies like AIGA, BBDO and MRY. With a diverse background in strategy, design and production, Kelly brings unique and inspired solutions to problems and rapport with all stakeholders. She is passionate about her work serving a deeper purpose, and is excited to help lead marketing efforts at a company devoted to helping others achieve their goals.


Maresa D'Amore-Morrison
Senior Organizer and Productivity Coach

Maresa D'Amore-Morrison, BFA in Dance and Anthropology, spent a decade as a professional dancer and dance educator before joining Julie Morgenstern Enterprises in 2014. Training directly with Julie on internal projects, she quickly discovered the synergy between organizing and her experience with teaching, theatrical production, and client service. As an Senior Organizer and Time Management Coach, Maresa works directly with Julie as a creative consultant on new JME products/curricula, and is the JME in-house organizer. She specializes in designing physical systems, moves, and working with young people. Maresa loves facilitating the transformation and freedom people experience through the organizing process, and loves witnessing the positivity it adds to their lives.


Allison Blankenship
Senior Productivity Facilitator

Allison Blankenship has more than three decades of experience engaging and empowering
participants to learn new skills. A former Fortune 500 Regional Director, Allison has won
numerous national awards for leadership service, public relations and professional speaking.
After graduating Cum Laude from Auburn University, Allison was named an Outstanding Young
Woman of America and most recently honored with the Jim Barber Leadership Award for the
state of Florida. Her strengths include presenting complicated ideas in a format that is easily
applicable, plus the ability to work with multiple levels of leadership and management.


Kristi Constantales
Senior Organizer and Productivity Coach

Kristi Constanteles is a trained and experienced professional organizer, member of NAPO LIO, specializing in home organization. Trained by Julie Morgenstern, Kristi takes the Inside Out philosophy to organizing and adds her own unique approach of teaching the client how to be mindful of their space and time, as well as how to maintain harmony in their space and their lives.

Kristi has been a professional organizer for over 7 years and has helped clients from Manhattan, Long Island and the Hamptons move from consuming unconsciously to consciously. Creating unique systems that work for them and helping them understand that balance and happiness is completely obtainable.

Before breaking into the organizing field Kristi has over 15 years experience in the fashion (Marc Jacobs, Michelle Roth) and magazine (Health Magazine) industries. Both industries have impacted Kristi tremendously and she brings that experience and knowledge straight into her organizing.


Sue Becker
Senior Organizer and Productivity Coach, Facilitator

Sue Becker has been an Organizing Consultant with Julie Morgenstern Enterprises since 2001. She loves helping clients create customized processes to conquer their piles of paperwork, pare down their overwhelming clutter, and streamline their jam-packed schedules. She previously spent 20 years in various auditing, accounting, finance, and marketing positions at a variety of Fortune 500 companies. She has an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Sue is an ADHD Specialist, and the first person in Illinois to earn the title of Certified Professional Organizer in Chronic Disorganization.


Heather Cocozza
Senior Organizer and Productivity Coach, Facilitator

Heather Cocozza, PMP, CPO® is an Organizing & Productivity Consultant who has a passion for helping people improve the quality of their work and personal lives. She works with clients to initiate and complete the overwhelming projects in their offices and homes related to physical and digital organization.  She also focuses on personal and team productivity.

Heather initially gained a reputation as an organizer while working 13 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM as an ERP project manager, where she organized and managed large-scale, complex computer systems integration.  She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Professional Organizer (CPO®).  Volunteering is important to Heather.  She is a volunteer in her community and is currently the President of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) Washington DC (WDC) Chapter.
