Time culture study
Analytic study of trends in time usage, workloads, habits and relationship to time in the organization. Data gathering includes time survey to be filled out by select employees, up to 10 interviews with representative group members and assembly of all data into a report. Study results can be used to examine the existing time culture, define norms and processes to align the culture with company values, and to customize programming for workshops and learning solutions.
